Job Description
⁃ Interaction with clients, meetings, and presentations
⁃ Developing strategic planning, conceptual designs, design development, and production
⁃ Selecting interior finishes, furniture and equipment
⁃ Leading and monitoring design team
⁃ Coordination with technical team
⁃ Reviewing drawings, mock ups, materials, and finish samples submitted by project contractors
⁃ Develop design bible and standards for retail projects
⁃ Knowledge of materials, manufacturing methods, process, etc.
⁃ Meeting deadlines for design deliverable
⁃ Delivering the highest quality of professional service
Qualification:
⁃ 10+ years professional experience including proven track record of leading in design of commercial retail (F&B and Fashion experience is preferred) projects
⁃ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of design
⁃ Excellent design development skill is essential
⁃ Strong planning ability and have the ability to mentor team members, offer guidance and leadership
⁃ Knowledge of the total project process including team management and schedules
⁃ Self-starters with good verbal and written communication skills in English. Mandarin is an advantage.
⁃ Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and other 3D computer design program(such as Sketchup, Photoshop, etc)

Job Description
⁃ Assisted and cooperated with senior designers to deepen the drawing design
⁃ According to different project conditions, cooperate or coordinate to generate and promote the concept scheme
⁃ Assisted the project designer to reach a consensus on drawings with the factory director and construction personnel, and participated in the on-site cooperation of the project
⁃ Tracked the project site for drawing rectification and solved project difficulties
⁃ Assisted in the follow-up of various props and project progress
Qualification:
⁃ University degree or above in architecture, environmental art, interior design, etc.
⁃ 3 years or above experience in scheme design, decoration construction drawing production
⁃ Familiar with engineering design standards and requirements, understanding of all kinds of detail treatment, node, closing practices
⁃ Proficient in AUTOCAD3DS MAXSKETCH UP and other related software
⁃ Proactive, rigorous and efficient working attitude, good understanding and communication skills, strong ability of organization and coordination, teamwork and problem solving
⁃ Good professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, rigorous and steady, able to work under great pressure
